1. Sales Engineer, Valves
  • Position: Sales Engineer, Valves
  • Report to: Senior Sales Manager
  • Working location: Ho Chi Minh City and travel upon business request
Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and build up good relationship with customers, Principals assigned.
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with existing Customers
  • Identify business opportunities in target markets
  • Represent the business at conferences, seminars and networking events
  • Being direct sales man for all jobs in the Vietnam market with support from Sales Coordinator, technical & sales support team.
  • Advise and consult customers about assigned products and assigned markets
  • Check and review biding documents & cooperate to Sales Support to make quotation and biding.
  • Follow-up activities relating to Quotation and bidding that sent to customers and propose right method to win contract.
  • Being the contact window with all levels /positions of Principals/Customers.
  • Cooperate with logistics to check goods before delivery to customers, delivery goods, solve arising problems during delivery.
  • Cooperate with other departments (SSO, Accounting,..) to follow payments of customers.
  • Work with Principals to solve problems.
  • Make sales reports, sales plans weekly, monthly
  • Manage and control sales expenses comply with the company rules / policies.
  • Other tasks as requests by line managers.
Requirement:
  • Age: 28 – 38, Gender: Male (preferred),
  • Educational background: University-graduated from technical faculties: Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or related faculties.
  • Must possess at least 02 years in the same products in oil & gas market.
  • Experience in Valves is MUST.
  • Working experience of handling multi-products, multi – principals & in matrix sales system.
  • Proven ability in sales budgeting, planning
  • Fluent in English (Listening - Speaking – Reading – Writing)
  • Must be confident in dealing with all kinds of customers at high levels.
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical, communication, leading and presentation skills
  • Willing to travel for business within Vietnam and overseas.
2. Sales Manager, Seals
  • Position: Sales Manager, Seals
  • Report to: Sales Director
  • Working location: Ho Chi Minh City and travel upon business request
Job Description
  • Be fully responsible for sales activities (after-market) as:
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with existing Customers
  • Identify business opportunities in target markets
  • Represent the business at conferences, seminars and networking events
  • Being direct sales man for all jobs in the Vietnam market with support from Sales Coordinator, technical & sales support team.
  • Advise and consult customers about assigned products and assigned markets
  • Check and review biding documents & cooperate to Sales Support to make quotation and biding.

  • Recruit and manage subordinates in order to reach the company’s goals & target.

3. Assistant to GD, Sales

Mô tả công việc:
  • Hỗ trợ TGĐ quản lý các công việc liên quan đến hoạt động kinh doanh của Công ty như: kiểm tra, theo dõi, báo cáo và xử lý các thông tin kinh doanh.
  • Hỗ trợ TGĐ lập kế hoạch kinh doanh của năm, xây dựng quy chế thưởng bán hàng.
  • Tổng hợp báo cáo kinh doanh (hàng Tháng, Quý, Năm) của TTE, TTT và TTS
  • Nêu các vấn đề về việc phối hợp của các bộ phận.
  • Làm việc chặt chẽ với đội ngũ kinh doanh và các phòng ban liên quan để có được thông tin tổng thể về thị trường / Khách hàng và tham mưu cho TGĐ.
  • Lập kế hoạch và thời gian biểu cho Hãng khi họ đến làm việc tại Việt Nam khi được yêu cầu của TGĐ (là khách của TGĐ)
  • Cùng với Hãng đi thăm hỏi Khách hàng về các job liên quan.
  • Duy trì và phát triển mối quan hệ với các Khách hàng được giao.
  • Thu thập và phân tích thông tin thị trường để từ đó có được giải pháp tốt nhất nhằm hỗ trợ đội ngũ kinh doanh đạt hiệu quả cao nhất.
  • Lập kế hoạch và triển khai bán các dịch vụ, sản phẩm mới mà Công ty mới làm đại diện.
  • Chia sẻ và gửi báo cáo cho TGĐ và những người liên quan hàng tuần hoặc tức thời (tùy vào tính ưu tiên của thông tin).
  • Phát hiện các lỗ hổng về quản trị bán hàng và báo cáo TGĐ.
  • Theo dõi và đôn đốc việc cập nhật thông tin liên quan đến bán hàng và marketing của các bộ phận lên server.
  • Quản lý nhân viên marketing & các hoạt động liên quan đến marketing (nếu có).
  • Các công việc khác do cấp quản lý trực tiếp giao.
Yêu cầu:
  • Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành kỹ thuật: Cơ khí chế tạo, tự động hóa, điện ….
  • Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm kinh doanh trong thị trường dầu khí, đặc biệt kinh doanh thiết bị trong ngành dầu khí. Am hiểu thị trường dầu khí.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm về turbine, pump hay control valves.
  • Tuổi từ 28 - 40
  • Khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt (nghe, nói, đọc, viết)
  • Có kỹ năng làm việc nhóm, độc lập, chịu được áp lực cao
  • Kỹ năng thương thuyết, phân tích và trình bày tốt
  • Tự tin, năng động, có trách nhiệm và thẳng thắn

4. Senior Marketing Officer
  • Position: Senior Marketing Officer
  • Report: Sales Director
  • Working location: HCM City
Mô tả công việc:
  • Lập kế hoạch quản lý, quảng bá các ấn phẩm, tài liệu quảng cáo nhằm tối ưu hóa việc quảng bá thương hiệu công ty.
  • Tạo dựng các phương pháp sáng tạo để chuyển tải thông điệp của công ty tới các khách hàng mục tiêu.
  • Lập kế hoạch, quản lý và đo lường tính hiệu quả của các sự kiện marketing
  • Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý thông tin trên website của Công ty: quản lý, kiểm soát và cập nhật thông tin, sự kiện liên quan. Xây dựng và đề xuất giải pháp để có được một website thu hút và hiệu quả hơn.
  • Xây dựng và quản lý các công cụ marketing (profile Công ty, thông tin sản phẩm, thông tin Hãng, …).
  • Phối hợp với đội ngũ kinh doanh để tổ chức các sự kiện quảng báo thương hiệu như tham gia các hội chợ, hội nghị, hội thảo chuyên đề….
  • Các công việc khác do cấp quản lý trực tiếp giao.
Yêu Cầu:
  • Tốt nghiệp đại học, ưu tiên chuyên ngành cơ khí, điện, tự động hóa … (Kỹ sư)
  • Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm marketing trong lĩnh vực, điện, công nghiệp, thiết bị…
  • Tuổi từ 25 - 35
  • Khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt (nghe, nói, đọc, viết)
  • Có kỹ năng làm việc độc lập, làm việc nhóm, chịu được áp lực cao trong công việc.
  • Kỹ năng trình bày và viết văn bản tốt

5. HR & Admin Manager
  • Report to: Senior Back Office Manager
  • Working location: Ho Chi Minh City
Job Description:
  • Manage, monitor purchasing, maintenance, repairing office equipment, buying of spare parts, consuming things, tool, furniture, car insurance, health care insurance…
  • Make, maintain and build up admin procedures in order to run tasks smoothly
  • Organize seminar and company’s events: Company trip, Outing, Year-end Party, Anniversary, parties, and so on.
  • Manage, monitor and check all admin costs (taxi, petrol, telephone, stationary,..) to ensure saving cost, reasonable. Alert line manager about any wrong claim regarding to taxi/ traveling cost.
  • Arrange business trip, air-tickets, accommodation, visa, passport, work permit
  • Plan and manage admin budget to minimize cost
  • Ensuring a safe work environment for employees as well as a clean, tidy office.
  • Support HR in recruitment process (making interview, screen CV,..), welcome newcomer and other related tasks.
  • Supervise and support IT member to provide timely and necessary service
  • Handle other tasks as requirement of Line Manager/ B.O.D
Requirement:
  • Age: 30 – 35
  • University graduation, major in foreign trade, language or related faculties
  • Fair in English (Listening - Speaking – Reading – Writing)
  • At least 5 years of working in Admin/ Office Department, in which 2 years in management level
  • Good management skill, event organization
  • Good writing skills (Vietnamese and English)

  • Position: Site Engineer, Quang Ngai Province
  • Report to: Site Leader & Sales Team
  • Working location: Quang Ngai Province and travel upon business request
Job Description
  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with BSR for all working levels, including technical, commercial & planning teams.
  • Providing sales and administrative support for all salesmen in all TTE’s groups for Binh Son Refinery.
  • Report about the installation base; investigate their problems/ issues, then feedback to related people.
  • Find out customers’ need about purchasing spare parts, maintenance, shut-down and turn-around …
  • Execute the site survey in order to support sales team (before and after sales)
  • Cooperate to technical engineers in workshop to implement service jobs (maintenance, commissioning before, during and after-sales)
  • Consult, introduce to customers about products/ services that Company provides
  • Feedback to sales people about organizational chart of customers
  • Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets with BSR.
  • Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal meetings or requested schedule.
  • Updating with sales team about the status of order, deliver goods and payments.
  • Arrange necessary things when Principal/ people in company have site visits
  • Support to deliver goods and follow-up payments, get needed documents,… with BSR
  • Do other tasks as assigned by Line Manager and Sales Team.
Job Requirement:
  • Gender: Male, local Vietnamese.
  • Educational background: graduated from technical fields major in Mechanical Engineer or in other related faculty.
  • At least 2 year working experience in the same position or as maintenance engineer.
  • Prefer candidates with experience of hands-on service for Pump, Seals, Valves service and site survey, on-field job in oil & gas industries.
  • Willing to travel for business as requirement.
  • English good (Listening - Speaking – Reading – Writing)
8. Senior Sales Engineer
Main Responsibility:

  • Do sales for products (including: Chloride, Topworx, Wireless, Electrical) that Toan Thang represents in Vietnam
  • Advise, introduce and sell products to customers in Vietnam.
  • Look for competitors’ information and suggest price proposal to Line manager for biding, quotation.
  • Check and review biding documents about technique, trade. Cooperate to Sales Support to make quotation and biding.
  • Follow-up activities relating to Quotation and bidding that sent to customers and propose right method to win contract.
  • Be responsible for request and solve arising problems if any.
  • Cooperate to sales support to:
  • Check products before delivery
  • Deliver to customers
  • Solve problems during delivery process
  • Assist customers technical issues
  • Work with related departments (Sales support, technical support, accounting,..) to avoid LD, LP
  • Support sales team to do market research, database building
  • Do other tasks as requested by Business Unit Manager.
Requirements:
  • Gender: Male (preferred). Local Vietnamese. Age from 24 up to 35.
  • Educational background: graduated from Electrical field
  • Have experience in selling equipments/ Instruments for Oil & Gas industry or other heavy industries (at least 2 years in sales position), prefer candidates have relationship with Oil & Gas Companies.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English in both writing and speaking.
  • Good communication, selling skills.
9. Site Engineer
Job Description:

  • Customer care for TT’s products and services
  • Take information to build up installation base for products, mainly for Fisher, Pump and Valves products.
  • Report to company about installation base of competitors; investigate their problems/ issues, then feedback to related people.
  • Find out customers’ need about purchasing spare parts, maintenance, shut-down and turn-around
  • Site survey to factories to serve for sales (before and after sales)
  • Cooperate to technical engineers in workshop to implement service jobs (maintenance, commissioning before, during and after-sales)
  • Consult, introduce to customers about products/ services that TT provides
  • Feedback to sales people about organizational chart of customers (who is who)
  • Do other tasks as assigned by Salesmen, Project Managers, Technician and Workshop staffs
Job Requirement:
  • Gender: Male, local Vietnamese.
  • Educational background: graduated from technical fields major in Mechanical Engineer
  • At least 2 year working experience as maintenance engineer
  • Prefer candidates with experience of hands-on service for Valves service, sites survey, on-field job in oil & gas industries.
  • Willing to travel for business as requirement.
  • Level B in English
