[Urgent!!] NSRP is looking for 26 short term turnaround positions

• Contract duration: 4 months
• Salary: Open to negotiate and attractive

1. Electrical Section manager
Quantity: 1

**Requirements:
- Min 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical fields or Equivalent
- Min 6 years in a relevant management position
- Min 3 years engaged in actual field operation which includes not only routine
operation but also trouble-shooting, trial operation, preparation for daily and
turnaround maintenance and so on.

2. Electrical Engineer/Supervisor
Quantity: 9

**Requirements:
- Min 2 years experience
- English Skill : IELTS 5.0 or equivalent
- Must have working knowledge of electrical equipment and systems such as
transformer, switchgear & MCC, UPS, EDG, motor, lighting & small power,
earthing & lightning protection, cathodic protection, etc.
- Familiar with electrical drawings and documents such as one line diagrams, wiring
diagrams, control logic diagrams, schematics diagrams, equipment layouts, cabling
layouts, earthing layouts, etc.
- Knowledgeable with the local and international codes & standards such as TCVN,
IEC, ISO, etc.
- Have report writing skills.

3. Rotating Section manager
Quantity: 1

**Requirements:
- Min 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical fields or Equivalent
- Min 6 years in a relevant management position
- Min 3 years engaged in actual field operation which includes not only routine
operation but also trouble-shooting, trial operation, preparation for daily and
turnaround maintenance and so on.
- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical, instrument, electrical or higher

4. Section Manager,Instrument & Analyzer
Quantity: 1

**Requirements:
- Min 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical fields or Equivalent
- Min 6 years in a relevant management position
- Min 3 years engaged in actual field operation which includes not only routine
operation but also trouble-shooting, trial operation, preparation for daily and
turnaround maintenance and so on.
- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical, instrument, electrical or higher

5. Instrument Engineer/Supervisor
Quantity: 1

**Requirements:
- Work Experience : Min 2 years working in oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
- English Skill : IELTS 5.0 or equivalent
- Knowledgeable with the industrial standards and code requirements for process
control systems, especially Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Safety Integrated
System (SIS), Fired Equipment & Burner Management Systems (BMS),
Compressor Control Systems (CCS), Tank Gauging System (TGS), Custody Flow
Metering System (CFMS), Instrument Asset Management System (IAMS) and
Machine Monitoring Systems (MMS).
- Have field experience in designing and applying advance process control for
industrial facilities.
- Capable to effectively review project documentation, drawings, equipment
specifications and testing procedures.
- Understand international standards: ISA, IEC, API, BS, ISO, etc.


6. Analyzer Engineer/Supervisor
Quantity: 1

**Requirements:
- University (Electrical, Automation, Instrumentation, Chemical degrees or
equivalent)
- Work Experience : Min 3 years working experience in Refinery or Petrochemical plant (Min 5 years working experience in Manufacturing Plant) and at least 2 years’ experience on Analyzer Systems.
- IELTS 5.0 or equivalent
- Knowledge of International Standards applicable to Petrochemical installations.
-Knowledgeable in establishing communications between analyzers and Distributed
Control Systems.
-Knowledgeable with Fire & Gas Detectors in the Field.
- Knowledgeable with Safety Instrumented System (SIS) such as Emergency Shut
Down systems (ESD), with Safety Instrumented Function (SIF) and with Safety
Integrity Level (SIL).
- Knowledgeable with Cause & Effects Charts.
- Knowledgeable with various Root Cause Analysis methods.


7. Maintenance CMMS Specialist
Quantity: 2

**Requirements:
- Min 10 years working with Maximo system in oil& Gas industry.
- IELTS 5.0 (TOEIC Min 600)
- Ability to work well with supervisors
-Self-motivated and works well in a team environment.
- Has experience for Maximo 7.5 or above
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and
Outlook. Verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of office practices, procedures, computing resources, including web
activity.

8. DCSM (Turnaround) Planning manager
Quantity: 1

**Requirements:
- Min 10 years experiences in petroleum / petrochemical plant or equivalent
- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical or equivalent
-Prior craft supervisory experience is desirable.
-Should have a familiarity of Critical Path Scheduling. Incumbent must possess
prior experience with the use of computerized maintenance planning, scheduling
and performance monitoring programs.
- Basic knowledge in refinery processes.


9. DCSM (Turnaround) Planner
Quantity: 9

**Requirements:
- Min 5 years
- English Skill : IELTS 5.0
- Basic knowledge in refinery processes. Must have participated in field problems
troubleshooting in oil and gas related industries.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of engineering practices, international standards,
and economic principles related to incumbent's field.
- Write reports and design packages to enable implementation of engineering
recommendations.
