The purpose of this role is to carry out the assigned duties, which include but no limit to: Build up and manage a team of 10 workers, in charge of building complete mechanical systems of complete ships. Make working plan (weekly & monthly) for the team in-charge. Strongly organize the works to achieve HSE, Quality, Milestone and budget demanding targets in a challenging environment. Develop the worker skills by providing on job training or offline training for them. Work in deep cooperation with Engineering, Planning Department and other Departments to achieve the targets. Qualifications Required: Bachelor degree within Naval, Marine or General Engineering. Experience Required: Ship building or industrial experience. People and work management experience Other Requirements: Very strong technical knowledge mechanical systems and machinery (engines, shaft lines, propellers, winche, etc.) Strong leadership skills.
