The purpose of this role is to carry out the assigned duties, which include but no limit to: Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure; Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies; Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability; Provide end users assistance and support for issues related to network, computer systems, software, and hardware; Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools; Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution; Liaise with the Company's and Group's specialist IT partners when necessary for issues relating to responsible tasks, to ensure smooth operation of the overall network. Qualifications Required: Bachelor or college degree in Information Technology. Experience Required: Have experience in: LAN, WAN, Wireless, MS Office365, Windows 10, security. Have experience in operation and maintenance of: Microsoft Windows server, virtualization technology, storage, backup/recovery system. Other Requirements: Having MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, ITIL V3 foundation certificate is an advantage. Strong English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken. Abilities and interest in problem solving.
