- Monitor all welding activities of vessels built at the Yard to comply with WPS, Yard Quality Standard and Rules.

- Bachelor degree in Welding engineer.
- Ship building or industrial experience.
- Experience in welding structure and piping.
- Experience in welding procedure and welding sequence building.
- Experience in welding inspection and NDT.
- Ship building technical issues interest.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
