The purpose of this role is to carry out the assigned duties, which include but no limit to:
Manage staffs of Medic team:
  • Deliver shifts and duty to Nurses;
  • Receive and process reports of Nurses.
Manage operation, tools & equipment of Clinic:
  • Process clinic visits of Company employees;
  • Manage medical files (include but not limit to licenses, certificates, inspections, report, diary, etc.);
  • Order to purchase medical equipment and medicines;
  • Maintain medical equipment and medicines in usable condition;
  • Conduct audits/ inspections issues relates to health;
  • Do corrective actions of issues relate to health finding from audits/ inspections.
Manage health and safety issues in cooperation with HSE department and report to HSEQ Manager:
  • Health check
    • Organize periodical health check-up or occupational disease;
    • Evaluate health check result & develop action plan.
  • Sick leave control
    • Examine and treat medically common sickness for Company’s employees;
    • Deal with case that needs taking to hospital;
    • Proper actions to prevent misuses of sick leave.
  • Accident case treatment
    • Give first aid to all accidents;
    • Join in investigation of incidents/ accidents;
    • Deal with case that needs taking to hospital.
  • Hygiene & food safety
    • Control catering service on hygiene and food safety to follow legal requirements and Company system (both internal & third party system);
    • Coordinate to control hygiene & food incidents.
  • Make reports on health issues to relevant authorities as legal requirements
  • Set up & maintain communication all health issues to Company employees
    • Be a health consultant for the Company’s employees;
    • Train first aid/ ergonomics and other medical issues for the Company’s employees;
    • Conduct a speech to employees relates to health topic;
    • Maintain bulletin board with information of health.
  • Be a HSE committee member and emergency respond team member:
  • Report regular results of clinic visits of Company employees (daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly…)
  • Consult with Board of Management about prevention of disease, protective inoculation and check-up for employees.
  • Join in emergency response drill;
  • Others relate to health issues;
Qualifications Required:
  • Graduated from Medical University.
Experience Required:
  • At least 5 year-experience in medical work.
Other Requirements:
  • Strong team mind-set.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
  • Computer literate, especially MS. Word/ Excel.
