    PVTrans OilField Services is a professional provider of maritime transportation and services to the oil and gas industry in Viet Nam and abroad (FSO/FPSO, CPP and O&M...). And we are now looking for qualified and experienced Deputy QHSE Manager to join our team as follows:

    Minimum requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years’ HSE experience in Marine industry, preferably in oil and gas industry.
    • Educational Qualification: Bachelor Engineering in Mechanical/Production/Marine or equivalent.
    • Deep understanding of legal health and safety guidelines.
    • Ability in producing reports and developing relevant policies.
    • Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment.
    • Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
    • Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Leadership and teamwork skills.
    • Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
    Brief Specific Accountabilities:
    • Develop and execute OHS policies and programs in the workplace according to legal guidelines.
    • Evaluate, assess and alter current QHSE procedures and policies as required.
    • Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the laws and company’s procedure.
    • Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention.
    • Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations.
    • Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions.
    • Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures.
    • Report on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics.
    • Collate information on injuries and damage, produce monthly statistics, assess accident trends and advise DPA on overall safety performance.
    Salary: Competitive

    Working location: Vung Tau office Monday-Friday; 7:30 - 17:00
