- Positon: Document Controller
- Gross monthly salary: negotiation

Job description:
Controlling documents including incoming and out coming from group, contractors, subcontractors, vendors by official transmittals and then save into the system with classify directory.

• Experience in maintaining databases and data entry is desirable.
• Keeping all the original certificates which handed over from other Depts.
• Check the documents from Contractor / third parties in terms of format, form, revision, arrangment to make sure they are in conformity with the project’s requirements.
• Updating new and revised drawings and technical documentations and others related to project with the master register. Also keeping the old ones in superseded folders for information when necessary.
• Supporting other Depts. to boost work’s efficacy…
• Allocating incoming documents to the related Dept for review or approval. There are master list for each kind of incoming and out coming documents.
• Update the registers for all documents received from and issued out
• Perform other relevant tasks as requested by department manager.
• Scanning and saving in system all received and issued or return documents (both soft and hard copies).
• Preparing documents and transmittal for returning docs or issuing docs officially to vendors and contractors.

Job requirements:

• Have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience handling technical records and project information
• University graduation
• Well-organized; Supportive; Inquisitive; High sense of responsibility; Carefulness; dynamic
• Microsoft Office: advanced skills with MS Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Fluency in english
• Organizational skill
• Teamwork
• Time management
