The purpose of this role is to carry out the assigned duties, which include but no limit to:
¢ Manage a team of 15 to 30 workers, in charge of building Hull blocks/ units.
¢ Make working plan (weekly & monthly) for the team in-charge.
¢ Organize the work to achieve HSE, Quality, Milestone and budget demanding targets in a challenging environment.
¢ Develop the worker skills by providing on job training or offline training for them.
¢ Work in deep cooperation with Engineering and Planning Department to achieve the targets.
Qualifications Required:
¢ Bachelor degree within Naval, Marine or General Engineering.
Experience Required:
¢ Ship building or industrial experience.
¢ People and work management experience
Other Requirements:
¢ Technical knowledge in steel ship's hull or steel structure construction.
¢ Strong leadership skills.
¢ English/ computer knowledge is an asset.
¢ Ship building technical issues interest.
