Stakeholders Advisor
Working location: Ho Chi Minh City.
Purpose:
- To manage all the relations with permitting/ local authorities and local communities in order to ensure a proper relations management, as well as their follow up.
- To liaise with the above institutions to prevent problems to ensure smooth operations.
- Defining and keeping updated the protocols for liaising and interacting with local stakeholders, in compliance with company regulatory documents, authorities /local laws and regulations; Establishing sound and comprehensive relations with local communities in order to enable appropriate addressing to any issue, in compliance with Company regulatory documents;
- Ensuring appropriate territorial and demographic studies to enable an exhaustive comprehension of the areas dynamics;
- Providing appropriate reporting as per Company standard processes;
- Facilitating appropriate liaisons between local communities and Company operating
- personnel in order to minimize issues and problems, in compliance with Company regulatory
- documents and processes;
- Proposing appropriate “no profits” activities in accordance with management’s indications
- and in compliance with Company regulatory documents;
- Participating to committees and other meetings as instructed, in compliance with
- operational regulatory processes;
- Acting in compliance with Model of Compliance for affiliates and Company code of ethics.
- Comply with rules and standards described in Company Policies, HSE Integrated Management System and Procedures;
- Report all incidents;
- Motivate colleagues to comply with HSE rules and standards;
- Participate in HSE related initiatives ensuring the proper spreading and information within the department;
- Ensure the compliance, within, the responsibilities, of contractors on company’s HSE Standards, regulatory documents and any other process;
- Contribute proactively to support company in reaching the HSE assigned objectives.
