Key Responsibilities:
Accommodation Team Leader is responsible for managing a team in charge of the installation of accommodation-related work on vessels, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Team Management:
Manage and train a team of 10–20 workers in ship accommodation outfitting according to technical standards, including:
Insulation installation (pins, rockwool, cladding);
Adjust in workshop and install on the vessels accommodation bulkheads and ceilings panels;
Install on board all accommodation floors (floating floors, vinyl, etc.);
Adjust in workshop and install on the vessels all the ship furniture and accommodation equipment (for bathrooms, galleys, bedrooms, lounges, etc.).
Quality and Progress Monitoring:
Ensure all tasks are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and meet required quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture, Marine or relevant Engineering discipline.
Experience in:

- High standard accommodation works (4-star hotels, resorts, etc.).
- Carpentry (woodwork, light panels work, furniture fabrication).
- Floor installation (vinyl, tiling, carpets, etc.).
- Insulation (rockwool & cladding).
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Basic computer and AutoCAD knowledge.
- Careful mind-set, focused on highest quality standard.
