1. SENIOR PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN: THE INTERVIEW IS SCHEDULE WITHIN THIS OCT 2018

• Quantity: 04

To provide leadership to the shift process operators in all daily activities on the CPP/WHP installations and responsible for control of work processes and equipment in preparation for maintenance activities.

• 5 years related experience in the oil/petrochemical industry; previous experience in a leadership position. (Minimum 2 years).
• Previous experience as a control room operator. (Minimum 1 Years).
• Knowledge of well operations including CPP/WHP well completion, stimulation, water injection, gas lift operations.
• Thorough understanding of all production equipment and systems on the installation.
• Understanding and able to use type of process controlled software (ICS, DCS) used for the installations such as working knowledge of Distributed Control Systems and computerized control/safety systems, etc.
• Familiar with computerized maintenance management systems.
• Proven planning and cost management awareness.
• Experience with personnel training and competency assurance, able to arrange suitable personnel into succession plan as required for backup properly of the shift process operators.
• Working knowledge of all Company policies and procedures as well as industry and regulatory codes relating to the function.
• Demonstrated awareness and sensitivity to environmental health and safety issues.
• Leadership and teamwork skills/ behaviours; Effective communication skills (written, oral) and computer; Proficient in English both written and oral.

2. PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN:

• Quantity: 08

To monitor, assist to start-up and shutdown process, and prepare equipment for maintenance/inspection according to established procedures and good operating practices on a rotational shift basis, ensure that process and utility systems are operated within defined safe operating limits and perform minor routine maintenance on related unit equipment. Reports to the Senior Production Technician/CRO.

• High School diploma and Technologist or Industry Certification.
• 2 years related experience in the oil/petrochemical industry.
• Able to read and understand P&ID, Cause & Effect Diagram.
• Working knowledge of process separation, compression, utility systems.
• Thorough understanding of related production equipment and systems on the installation.
• Ability and willingness train/rotate through all operating units and CCR (Central control room) on a regular basis.
• Willingness to train and develop in cross-functional areas of CPP and wellhead platform operations. (OK)
• Leadership and teamwork skills/ behaviours which support team based organization.

3. MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN

• Quantity: 08

To ensure that all equipment is safely and effectively maintained in accordance with expectations, Regulatory and other relevant codes and standards. To assist, where competent, other team members in the safe and efficient operation of the CPP and wellhead platform. Reporting to the Lead Mechanical Technician.

• Mechanical Technologist Certificate in Mechanics or equivalent.
• 3 years related experience in an industrial maintenance environment (preferably in the offshore or petrochemical / refinery industry).
• Working knowledge of regulatory and industry codes applicable to the mechanical discipline.
• Working knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance, condition monitoring and with the application of computerized maintenance management systems.
• Familiarity with the theory and practice of rotating equipment and vibration analysis.
• Experience with the operation and maintenance of gas turbine driven generators, diesel engines, multi-stage centrifugal pumps and compressors, HVAC systems, hydraulic systems and associated auxiliary mechanical equipment.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in static mechanical equipment including pressure vessels, valves, heat ex-changers, and other process equipment of offshore topside.
• Hands-on skills in use of workshop’s equipment including repair and fabric works.
• Ability to read relevant technical drawings and piping specifications.
• Teamwork skills / behaviours which support a team based organization.

5. INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN

• Quantity: 06

To ensure that the instrumentation/ control equipment is safely and effectively maintained in accordance with CPP expectations, Regulatory and other relevant codes and standards. To assist other team members, where competent, in the safe and efficient operation of the CPP. Report to the Instrument Lead Technician.

• Instrumentation & control system Technologist Certification.
• 5 years related experience in an industrial environment (preferably in the offshore or petrochemical / refinery industry).
• Working knowledge of regulatory and industry codes applicable to the instrumentation discipline.
• In depth knowledge of calibration, installation and repair of electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic controls and systems.
• Working knowledge of PLC, Emergency Control Systems, Fire & Gas and Distributed Control Systems. Emphasis on computer / software equipment.
• Familiar with the application of computerized maintenance management systems.
• Demonstrated awareness and sensitivity to environmental health and safety issues.
• Effective communication skills (written, oral) and computer.
• Ability to understand and react with diverse offshore / onshore groups and operations.
• Proficient in English both written and verbal.
