02 Hull Construction Supervisors

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee the hull construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor and coordinate daily activities related to building steel vessels.
• Ensure adherence to IACS (International Association of Classification Societies) standards during construction.
• Provide technical guidance and support to production teams, including best practices in welding processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure project timelines and targets are met.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to production progress and quality control.

Requirements:

• Understand and have used IACS standards
• Understand steel construction for shipbuilding
• Basic understanding of welding process
• With a good attitude Towards learning him/her self but also willing to teaching others.
• Good basic English spoken and understanding.
• Have worked in Production themselves
