PVTrans OFS is now looking for Medic

[Oil Gas Vietnam]

PVTrans OilField Services is a professional provider of maritime transportation and services to the oil and gas industry in Viet Nam and abroad (FSO/FPSO, O&M...). We are now hiring Medic to join our FSO PVN Đai Hung Queen as follows:

Specific Accountabilities:

• Make up to date medical information easily available to relevant personnel.
• Implement Alcohol and Drugs policy by applying appropriate tests
• Advise shore base and Captain of updates to current medical legislation
• Maintain relevant, certified, medical training / refresher training as required for offshore position.
• Provide medical diagnoses and treatment and First Aid on board as required
• Provide support during emergency response situations and drills.
• Treat patients with due confidentiality and respect.
• Appropriate medical details of accidents and incidents are accurately and fully reported within the required timescale in accordance with organizational and statutory requirements
• Accurate details of accidents and incidents are obtained from witnesses where these pertain to medical issues.
• Provide in-house training on new equipment, first aid practice etc. where required
• Maintain records of all medical training on board and provide medical statistics for Captain and shore base analysis
• Maintain stocks of medical supplies and maintain accurate records of drugs and consumables

Key Competencies preferred

• Degree in Medicine - Mandatory
• General nursing experience
• Offshore/Remote Doctor Program Certification
