Our client is the leading engineering, procurement, fabrication, project management and marine installation Contractor (EPCIC Contractor) in Vietnam. As a part of their rapid expansion and sustainable development, they are now looking for candidates to join their team as following detail:

Job Title: Senior Proposal Officer
Work location: Vung Tau
Salary: 15mil – 25mil VND + allowances

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Organizing and leading the tendering/ bidding activities for Oil and Gas projects.
• Joining Project Management Team for Oil and Gas Projects.
• Organizing and carrying out all tendering/ bidding activities for Company’s EPCI projects (with Company mainly be as a bidder or Main Contractor).
• The process ranges from pre-qualification, tendering/ bidding, clarifications, negotiations, Contract signing and participating into the project execution under Project Control group.
• Experiencing in Project Control team, a part of Project Management Team in order to
• Nanage and control all main contract, subcontract, legal advice, subcontractors’ performance, cost & risk management and others.
• Carrying out other tasks when assigned by Department or Company.

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor degree from an accredited Technical, International Relations, Commercial/Economics/ Laws related university, or equivalent
• At least 4 year experience, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry; lesser experience can be considered based on good academic results and actual capabilities (to be demonstrated through interview).
• Excellent English skills
• Good writing and oral communication (both in English and Vietnamese language);
• Excellent in soft skills;
• Demonstrated IT application skills (MS Office suite - Work, Excel and PowerPoint);
• Familiar with ISO 9000, 14000 is a plus;
• Diligent, disciplined and able to work under pressure.
