The purpose of this role is to carry out the assigned duties, which include but no limit to:

Prepare and arrange training-related materials and facilities as required.

Organize training activities and inform training calendar for the participants.

Keep accurate training records that are comprehensive and up-to-date.

Translate training materials.

Be a trainer for internal English classes.

Other duties assigned by HR Advisor – Training.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor Degree in English, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines.

Other Requirements:

Training & Development experience is advantageous.

Fluent in spoken English, strong English writing skills.

Strong Computing skills in full suite of MS Applications.

Strong organizational and planning abilities.

Creativity and problem-solving capabilities.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail.
