- Position: Pressure Vessel Engineer
- Reports to: Commercial Manager
- Department: Commercial Department
- Be responsible for evaluating the client’s requirements and develop design data including strength calculations and drawings in accordance with the requirements.

- Review technical specifications and drawings to determine scope of work, coordinate the production effort and maintain a standard design process.
- Prepare MTO and co-ordinate with procurement for the material supply.
- Apply ASME CODE for designing and calculation.
- Responsible for the coordination with Design, Material Control, Procurement and QA/QC on matters pertaining to the project.
- Interface with other departments, clients, vendors, subcontractors and third parties as per Technical Manager’s instructions.
- Perform technical tasks assigned by Technical Manager on onshore or offshore feasibility, conceptual, basic engineering, FEED, detailed design and EPC/EPCM projects.
- Assist the Technical Manager in the verification of technical documents relevant to the responsible units.
- Assist the Technical Manager to answer relevant site technical queries.
- Prepare job specification for piping fabrication, inspection and testing (where Client specification are not available)
- Participate in inter-disciplines, projects, clients and vendor meetings when requested by Manager.
- Perform material and equipment inspection assigned QC Engineer; record the inspection in relevant format. Inspection of received consignment documents and related Purchase Order
- Collect all necessary information on the materials/equipment to be received on site such as copy of P.O., packing lists, mill cert.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University
- 07 years of working experience as design engineer and supervisor related fields
- Prepare and checking technical specification (Welding Procedure, Fabrication Procedure, Project Procedure, material selection, FAT Procedure, Coating and painting Procedure, gauging, clean and hydro testing) of subsea pipeline.
- Piping supervisor for HUC and modification Badamyar Offshore Project (Total) at Myanmar
- Installation, flushing, pressure test, commissioning of compressor air, system, CWS, CWR, Natural gas.
- Commissioning and maintenance Utility system as cooling pumps, chiller package, blowers.
- Installation, operation and commissioning of centrifugal pumps, centrifugal fan.
- Supervisor and checking installation, aliment work of heavy equipment as drum dryer, granuator and chiller, boiler unit.
- Must have the ability to calculate/design the pressure vessel manually as per ASME code in case of software failure
- 04 years design static and rotating equipment as below:
- Pressure Vessel apply ASME section VIII Division I.
- API 610 Centrifugal Pump.
- Rotary Pump as Gear pump, Screw pump.
- Rotary Compressor .
- EFM Hoist and Crane .
- Fire Fighting Pump with UL, FM approval.
- Centrifugal fan.
- Project Coordination (coordinate all works/correspondence between Client- Contractor-Subcontractor/ vendor).
- Coordinate & Purchase materials & service (Pipe & structural material, Certification & Other service….).
- Project Cost control.
- Preparation & finalization of Change Order/ Variation Order with Client and Sub-contractor/vendor.
- Prepare and execute the proposal/quotation (Prepare technical documents and commercial submit to client).

- API 610 Centrifugal pump and General Refinery Service
- API 616 Gas Turbine for Petroleum, chemical and Gas Industry Service
- API 617 Centrifugal Compressors for General Refinery Service
- API 618 Reciprocating Compressor for General Refinery Service
- API 619 Rotary Type Positive Displacement Compressors for Petroleum, Petrochemical, and Natural Gas Industries
- API 673 Centrifugal Fans for Petroleum, Chemical and Gas Industry services
- API 676 Positive Displacement Pumps-Rotary
- API 682 Shaft Sealing System for Centrifugal & Rotary Pump
- Knowledge ASME standard as:
- ASME Section VIII Division I &II: Pressure Vessel
- ASME B16.5 Pipe Flange
- ASME B16.11 Forged Fitting
- ASME B31.3 Process Piping
- Competent auto card 2D, PV Elite, excel, word, Microsoft project
