The purpose of this role is to carry out the assigned duties, which include but no limit to:
Assist to Warehouse Manager in:
Monitor and control of stock items, ensure supply problems are recognised and addressed with urgency;
Lead and motivate warehouse staff, assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and company procedures;
Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize storage space;
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment;
Work closely with user department for reviewing to minimize slow movement materials;
Work with Procurement and user department to ensure creates Material Master Data;
Conduct periodic inventory planning.
Qualifications Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Other Requirements:
Have minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics leadership role;
Have experience in warehouse management systems is an advantage;
Have experience in the shipbuilding industry is an advantage;
Have organization, time management skills;
Basic communication in English;
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Have strong problem-solving skills;
Be self-motivated, open to new ideas and work methods.
