Job Description
- In-charge the quality control for dimension of project
- Understand and follow up project ITP and prepared necessary QC procedures when required.
- Base on client specification, approved design Drawings, class rules and company procedures, the Quality documentation requirement to be prepared and reviewed for awarded project.
- Base on project ITP and relative above documentation requirement, all the dimension inspection activities shall be applied & carried out by QC dimension.
- Arrange all inspection and testing work between Production teams, another QC structure with class surveyor and client rep.
- Surveillance of fit-up work, deformation, flatness, straightness, visual inspection ...
- Issue an NCR or Site Comment report when Non-conformance work or discrepancy was found and follow up when the NCR work done by relative department to close NCR or Site comment.
- Discuss with Production teams or any relative department to solve any discrepancy work was found by Engineers or class surveyor and clients.
- Report to QHSE manager any inspection results, Discrepancy, NCR, Manufacture problems, installation problems...were found during inspection and surveillance.
- Make dimension report and related report (MDR)
- Other job assign by QHSE Manager.
- Health, Safety and Environment
- Establish plans to implement Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) at the construction site.
- Regularly update regulations related to HSE issues;
Conduct initial and periodical HSE training to engineers, workers and visitor on site;
Supervise workers to ensure maintaining standard conditions of occupational safety and complying regulations related to HSE as required by the company;
Propose and make request of purchasing labor safety protection tools and equipment for the whole site.
- Allocate and monitor the status of labor protection in accordance with the company's process.
- Check and ensure proper condition of constructing properties and equipment;
Participate regular or irregular meetings with investors and other stakeholder related to HSE issues;
Welcome & work with functional authorities on the issue of HSE inspections (if any).
- Prepare monthly reports on accidents, preventative and corrective reactions to accidents, labor safety and propose improvements
- Attend the internal or customer Audit and has responsibility for closing any finding
-Other tasks as required by QHSE manager.
Job Requirment
- University degree in technology, Mechanical.
- Basic knowledge about Welding and inspection method (DT, VT, MT, PT, UT, RT)
- Minimum 01-year experiences in same position
- Experience in implementing OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 9001 , ISO 14001;
- Have good understanding and implementation of Labor Code, Firefighting and Protection Law, Environment Law...;
