Job requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Cost Engineering or relevant
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in oil and gas industry with a minimum of 8 ~ 10 years working in a similar position.
• At least 3 similar projects experience.
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Proven ability to generate and foster client relationships while working in a fast paced and competitive business environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors and subcontractors.
• Having experiences in preparing the cost estimate report for oil and gas projects/Gas exploration projects
• Able to develop craft composite rates for estimating purposes.
• Responsible for proper application of direct field labor and pro-ratable definitions in the recommended practice to each estimate.
• Responsible for integrating scope growth, contingency, addenda, and discovery into the current forecast.
• Able to define and categorize contingency by means of performing a risk assessment using a Monte Carlo approach for estimate quality.
• Able to sets up Vendor files including billing rates, rate codes, quotations, technical documents.
