Requirements:
1. Maintenance Supervisor
- Diploma in Engineering.
- 10 years working experience in in the oil & gas / petrochemical industry with at least 2-3 years in Supervisor role.
- Familiar with the development and application of computerized maintenance management systems.
- Demonstrated skill in development of reliability-centred maintenance system.
- Thorough understanding of rotating equipment, computerized instrumentation systems, power generation and distribution.
- Broad working knowledge of Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical trades.
- Proven planning and cost management awareness.
- Working knowledge of all Company policies and procedures as well as industry and regulatory codes relating to the function.
- Experience with personnel training and competence assurance. Preferential L&D9di - A1/A2 – D32/33 competency assessor accreditation.
- Demonstrated awareness and sensitivity to environmental health and safety issues.
2. Production Supervisor:
- Diploma in Petroleum / Chemical / Mechanical Engineering Discipline or Equivalent.
- 8 years related experience in the oil/petrochemical industry with at least 2-3 year experience in a supervisory role.
- Working knowledge of well management, gas systems – condensate, dehydration, compression.
- Working knowledge of separation, produced water and utility systems.
- Working knowledge of Distributed Control Systems and computerized control/safety systems.
- Working knowledge of control of work processes at area authority level.
- Familiar with computerized maintenance management systems.
- Proven planning and cost management awareness.
- Experience with personnel training and competence assurance. Preferential L&D9di - A1/A2 – D32/33 competency assessor accreditation.
- Working knowledge of all Company policies and procedures as well as industry and regulatory codes relating to the function.
- Demonstrated awareness and sensitivity to environmental health and safety issues.
- Familiar with quality processes.
