- Minimum 10 years of experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Commercial, Foreign Trade or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge, understanding market and experiences in trading and execution for Petroleum and Petrochemical products in South East Asia and in Vietnam.
- Knowledgeable about the Off-site facility design and Off-site operation of Refinery.
- Have good relationship in oil & gas industry.
- Excellence in working procedure preparation.
- Strong decision making abilities and innovative to generate the new ideas.
- Report writing and presentation skills.
- English skills IELTS 6.0 (or Equivalent)
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
