Supporting sales team to identify and develop a new business opportunity and capability.
- Reviewing & checking design, specification & datasheet to identify the supplier which can give the best proposal in technical & commercial.
- Developing project scope and cost estimation of projects and provide timely response to sales team.
- Preparing the technical proposal for tender/ bidding document.
- Working closely with sale team, client, consultant, supplier & manufacturer to follow-up and proactively identify any issues during project execution.
- Ensuring accuracy of scope/estimate in comparison to actual execution.
- Monitoring and leading the project is executed within the available budget and schedule without compromising on quality.
- Conducting technical training to sales team on products & technologies.
- Carrying out site or factory inspections/ surveys in conjunction with customer.
- Conducting FAT as required in compliance with ITP procedures and specifications approved by client.
- Co-ordinating installation of equipment on-site as per design specifications and site as per client’s requirements.
- Carrying out testing and commissioning on-site as per the SAT and commissioning plan.
- Preparing operation & maintenance manual for equipment/ system which are.
- Assisting sales team on after-sales service involving warranty claims, on-site troubleshooting, supply and replacement of spares etc.,
- Age: 25 – 30
- Gender: Male (preferred)
- Educational background: University-graduated from faculties of technical: Electrical, Automation or related faculties
- Experience: At least 3-5 years in Electrical & Automation field
- Proactive, straight, enthusiastic and move forward.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure condition
- Computer skills - MS Office, AutoCad , EPLAN
- Fluent in English: listening, speaking, reading, writing
- Travel for business within Vietnam and overseas
- Negotiable based on candidate’s qualifications and experiences
