TYPICAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Must have : Doctorate (Phd), Masters or Degree in Engineering.
Minimum 15 years experience in oil & gas and petrochemical industries.
At least 3 years in similar capacity and preferably registered as a Professional Engineer
with BEM.
Experience in project management for medium to large size projects.
Nice to have : Experience in Offshore projects is an added advantage.
Good interpersonal skill and communication skill.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Organize and manage a team of multi-discipline engineers, designers and subcontractors.
2. Oversee engineering deliverable and multidisciplinary work to meet project quality requirement.
3. Review and approve change notices or design basis deviations.
4. Conduct project meetings.
5. Monitor the engineering disciplines progress and expedite on the issuance of registered deliverable as per the
project milestones.
