The purpose of this role is to carry out the assigned duties, which include but no limit to:
  • Take internal inspection with production to ensure systems are following approved drawings and/ or standards.
  • Co-ordinate with Project Lead QC and related departments to address comments.
  • Work with the Classification Society, Ship Owner to clear comments/ punches.
  • Patrol for unscheduled inspection on non-conformities.
  • Report directly to Quality Manager all issues concerning the project in charge.
Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor or Master Degree within naval, marine or general engineering.
Other Requirements:
  • Understanding the Machinery, Piping, Outfitting installation standards and testing, etc.
  • Understanding the shipbuilding technology;
  • Understanding the National and International Rules, Regulations of Classification Societies and Authorities in shipbuilding;
  • Strong technical knowledge in Pipe systems and Machinery;
  • English written and spoken are mandatory;
  • Basic computer knowledge is mandatory;
  • Minimum 2 years experience.
