PVD TRAINING IS HIRING – DRILLING LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

PVD Training is looking for an experienced Drilling Logistics Coordinator to support offshore drilling, completion and well testing campaigns in Vietnam.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate offshore logistics, marine & aviation schedules.
• Manage end-to-end movement of personnel, materials, equipment and back-loads.
• Coordinate supply base, vessels, helicopters, contractors and offshore drilling units.
• Handle customs, temporary import/re-export and port formalities.
• Ensure compliance for dangerous goods, lifting operations and HSE requirements.
• Monitor logistics performance, costs, KPIs and daily/weekly reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Maritime or related field.
• Minimum 5 years offshore Oil & Gas logistics experience, including 3 years supporting offshore drilling campaigns.
• Experience in at least 2 offshore drilling campaigns in Vietnam, including customs temporary import/re-export.
• Experience with jack-up operations is required.
• Valid BOSIET/T-BOSIET, HUET, Sea Survival & offshore medical.
• Rigging & Lifting / Banksman-Slinger certification.
• Good working English; Vietnamese required for regulatory interface.
