The purpose of this role is to carry out the assigned duties, which include but no limit to:

• Control information and customs documents.
• Track and manage inventory levels, including receiving and storing incoming materials and issuing materials.
• Contact to send purchase orders to Vard Electro in Norway.
• Audit annual inventory or ad-hoc inventory as assigned by the Line Manager.
• Receive goods and ensure all materials are checked with the correct quantity and article based on the packing list.
• Cooperate with the Finance or Procurement department to circulate material documents.
• Store and allocate goods in the assigned location according to groups, projects, and property categories.
• Organize the warehouse according to the 5S standard.
• Be familiar with the company's systems (IFS, Tool Box) to ensure the goods on the systems and actual goods are the same in quantity and location.
• Be innovative in jobs and have responsibilities for smooth working procedures.
• Contribute ideas to higher authorities to enhance job quality.
• Carry out all other works required by higher authorities.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Commercial Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Other Requirements:

• Experience with material planning and inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be self-motivated, open to new ideas and work methods.
