The purpose of this role is to carry out the assigned duties, which include but no limit to:
  • Assist HR Advisor – Recruitment to handle Recruitment and Selection process by using variable and suitable sources to ensure timely seeking of qualified and potential candidates for fulfilling business needs;
  • Explore new sources and ways of recruitment to meet the staffing request;
  • Design and post job advertisement;
  • Screen and conduct first interview for junior positions;
  • Arrange all new employees attend the pre-employment health check;
  • Follow up candidates’ offer negotiation, offer signing and on-boarding;
  • Arrange all new comers attend the Induction Program;
  • Other duties assigned by Vice President – HR & Organization.
Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
Experience Required:
  • 3 years working experience in recruiting role;
  • Experience in HR Database/ Software.
Other Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese;
  • Computer literate, especially MS. Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint;
  • Knowledge of Intranet and Internet;
  • High level of integrity and initiative.
